Due to extremely high demand there is currently a 3 week lead time on all orders. Unfortunately there are no exceptions to this lead-time regardless of the size of the order or situation. Susan Shaw is a wholesale-only company selling to retail boutiques and gift shops only.
Our products are handmade and produced to order, not mass produced and warehoused. We do however, maintain a small inventory for immediate delivery. Please check with us for a delivery schedule. Inventory as available will ship via UPS ground unless otherwise instructed.
ALL DESIGNS ARE COPYRIGHTED AND ANY COPIED DESIGNS WILL BE PROSECUTED AGGRESSIVELY.
Size of Jewelry:
Unless otherwise noted, necklaces are 16" + 3" extender, so necklaces can be comfortably worn between 16"-19". Longer necklaces will have the exact measurement listed.
Bracelets are approximately 7.5"
If you would like to place an order, the best way to do that is here on our website. You may also call, fax or email us. Our minimum opening order is $500.00 USD. Our minimum re-order amount is $200 USD.
We accept the following credit cards for payment: Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. Credit card information must be supplied at the time of order. No Exceptions! Credit card will not be charged until the order is ready to be made and shipped. Orders will not be processed until we receive this information.
Shipping & Handling:
All orders are shipped UPS ground unless otherwise indicated. Estimated delivery time is 5 working days for items in stock.
We welcome and accept international orders so long as you have a valid credit card in the name of the buyer. Shipping charges are dependent on the shipping location and you will be notified of these charges prior to shipment of your order.
All damages and shortages must be reported within 7 days of receipt of order. All returns must have an RA (return authorization) number which we will assign when you notify us of your impending return. We reserve the right to charge a 25% restocking fee on all items returned with or without a valid RA number. Damages reported after 7 days of receipt of package may also include a 25% restocking fee. We are not obligated to accept damages reported after 7 days of receipt of package. Return items must be sent prepaid. C.O.D. returns will not be accepted. Return merchandise must be unused and in the condition it was received. No returns will be accepted after 30 days. We do not offer cash refunds. Store credit will be offered in exchange of returned jewelry.

Termination of Account
Susan Shaw reserves the right to cancel any order or terminate any account at any time without notice if we feel it to be in our company's best interest. Susan Shaw is not responsible for any leftover merchandise and will not take back any items from a closed account.

Items may be photographed on social media for promotional purposes. However, we do not allow the actual sale or listing of Susan Shaw Jewelry on Amazon, eBay, Etsy . Accounts found selling on these sites will be closed immediately.
Errors and Inaccuracies:
Although we try to always have up-to-date information on this site, it is not possible to be sure that there are no errors. This website may contain mistakes which may relate to products' pricing and availability. We reserve the right to correct these errors, even after an order has been submitted. We can also change or update the current information at any time. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
We do not participate in the sale or distribution of any information collected from this website. We will only use it to advise you of new products, trend blog posts, and regular sale promotions. Susan Shaw does not share its customer data with any other company or organization.
