Our products are handmade and produced to order, not mass produced and warehoused. Please check with us for a delivery schedule. Inventory as available will ship via UPS ground unless otherwise instructed.

Unless otherwise noted, necklaces are 16" + 3" extender, so necklaces can be comfortably worn between 16"-19". Longer necklaces will have the exact measurement listed.

Bracelets are approximately 7.5"

If you would like to place an order, the best way to do that is here on our website. Our minimum opening order is $500.00 USD. Our minimum re-order amount is $250 USD.

We accept the following credit cards for payment: Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. Credit card information must be supplied at the time of order. No Exceptions! Credit card will not be charged until the order is ready to be made and shipped. Orders will not be processed until we receive this information.

All orders are shipped UPS ground unless otherwise indicated.

Should you encounter an issue with your order, please send our team an email stating the issue with an attached photo. All returns must be approved by our team. If your return is approved, a return authorization number will be sent to the email associated with your account.

Returns cannot be submitted for store credit. Returns for orders placed on Faire must be submitted through the Faire portal.

Susan Shaw reserves the right to cancel any order or terminate any account at any time without notice if we feel it to be in our company's best interest. Susan Shaw is not responsible for any leftover merchandise and will not take back any items from a closed account.

Items may be photographed on social media for promotional purposes. However, we do not allow the actual sale or listing of Susan Shaw Jewelry on Amazon, eBay, Etsy . Accounts found selling on these sites will be closed immediately.

Although we try to always have up-to-date information on this site, it is not possible to be sure that there are no errors. This website may contain mistakes which may relate to products' pricing and availability. We reserve the right to correct these errors, even after an order has been submitted. Due to ever changing prices of gold, there may be rare instances where the price of the final order may be higher than when the order was originally placed.
